Public Questionnaire 

To ensure that all visitors and residents of Aireys Inlet have an opportunity to participate in this project a PUBLIC QUESTIONNAIRE has been developed.  The questionnaire is one way of obtaining information about the current and possible recreation activities of residents and visitors at Aireys Inlet. This is an INDIVIDUAL questionnaire to be completed by ONE person only.  Each member of a household is encouraged to complete their own questionnaire. 

Please complete all of the questions and return via the web page or in the REPLY PAID ENVELOPE available with the copies of the questionnaire to the Surf Coast Shire Council, 25 Grossmans Road, Torquay.  You can also drop your completed questionnaire in to any of the local places listed above.

 All questionnaires are to be returned by MONDAY MAY 7th, 2007. Thank you for completing the questionnaire, your opinions are important to us.
